Noble Meadows Farm is a family owned and operated goat farm near Nobleford, Alberta. Harvey and Carolyn Van Driesten have been producing goat milk since 2005. In 2010, they constructed a provincially inspected processing facility on their farm where fresh goat milk is turned into delicious chevres, fetas, yoghurts, and ice creams. All Noble Meadows products are handmade using traditional methods.

Harvey and Carolyn strive to raise their goats in an ethical and sustainable manner. The goats are raised without hormones, vaccines, or unnecessary antibiotics. If antibiotics are needed, the treated animal is removed from the milking herd. Goats are kept on the pasture during warm months, and in addition to eating the unsprayed and unfertilized grass, are fed a grain ration grown by trusted neighbouring farmers.
