Restorative Green Smoothie
A healthy, curative smoothie to give your day a boost.
- 1.5 cups water
- 1.5 cups local/organic stemmed and chopped kale
- 1.5 cups local/organic spinach or dandelion greens
- 1 cup fresh local/organic mint
- 1 organic banana
- 1 organic apple, cored and chopped
- juice of 1 organic lemon
- 1 tbsp of chopped ginger
Feel free to get creative. Parsley, fresh turmeric, & even avocado are great additions!
- Add water and lemon juice to the blender, then everything else.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drink and feel great.
